When It Comes To Moving Audubon
We Don't Horse Around!
Audubon, PA
The villages that have comprised Lower Providence Township since the early eighteenth century include Evansburg, Shannonville (now called Audubon), Eagleville, and Providence Square.
Lower Providence Township is currently bounded on the west by Upper Providence Township, on the northeast by Perkiomen and Worcester townships, on the southeast by West Norriton Township, and on the south by the Schuylkill River.
Present-day Audubon was christened in 1899 in honor of early-19th century resident John James Audubon, who resided at Mill Grove.
Audubon is focused on conserving and restoring natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, wildlife, and habitats to protect and restore Pennsylvania's natural heritage.
Audubon Pennsylvania’s primary goal is to encourage local, state and federal agencies to implement strategies that improve the overall health of Pennsylvania’s woodlands.
This is a great place to live and it ranks well in a combination of factors and diversity.
Audubon truly has something for everyone, and that’s why it’s a great place to call home.
